混元歸一

金母功不是一般的拳法功法，雖然它有它們的堅固紥實，振撼力道。

「金母功」也不是一般的柔軟體操、韻律操，雖然它處處透出了圓活自在，柔軟舒展。

   「金母功」更不是一般的舞蹈，雖然它展現著舞者的神韻，行功運掌婉約曼妙，身段招式如行雲流水，揮舞自然。

   我們可以說，它是融合了體能功法、韻律、舞蹈於一體的奇特藝術功法。

   它既可以隨性所至，信手捻來，於一瞬間，融匯諸法於一。

   也可以，泱然大度，任由各家各派，展現各自特有的獨特風貌。

   我們可以更確切的說，它是瑜伽王。

   這秘密而高深的內密身瑜伽，絕對遠遠超乎一般功法之上。

   它擁有風的力量。

   風動，身動。風止，身止。

   風旋，身旋。風漲，身漲。

   演練之間，出息入息，舉掌投足，進退躍動，緩急輕重，迴身旋轉，完全在於風的掌握，風的巧妙，風的自然。

   這「瑤池行氣丹鼎通天柱地真佛金母功」正是無極氣法之翹楚。

   是日月星辰。是大地山川。

   是道。是自然。

Transformation from Yin and Yan

Golden Mother Yoga is not an ordinary Kung Fu Dance. Although it has the same solid fundamental and prowess, the same flexibility, freedom and softness, Golden Mother Yoga is not an aerobic or gymnastic exercise.

It is not an ordinary dance, yet it shows the charm of a dancer. The hand movement is graceful and subtle. The posture and style are natural and smooth like floating clouds and flowing water.

In short, we can say it is a special art form that has embodies all the features of an aerobic exercise and dance steps.

Following one’s wish, one can assimilate all other art forms of chi practice into a single unity at will. We may even accertain this Yoga form to be the king of Yoga. It is a secret profound Tantric Yoga far more superior to others.

It has the power of the wind.

When the wind moves, the body moves.

When the wind stops, the body stops.

When the wind changes direction, the body changes direction.

When the wind expands, the body expands.

During the exercise, all the inhalation / exhalation, hand / leg movement, forward / backward movement, slow / fast movement, heavy / light movement, twisting / turning movement are all in harmony with nature and has the characteristics of the wind.

It is like the moon, sun and stars in the sky.
